We sell our Java technology-based games for a one-time licensing
fee. The games can be played by an unlimited number of concurrent
users. All of our games are protected against illegal copying by
hardcoding the URL of the webserver in the source code. Bugfixes
are supplied free of charge. Game upgrades can be purchased for
a reduced fee. Customized changes to the games can be made for a
hourly charge of €60.
All games can be installed either on a Windows NT Server or on
a Unix-based webserver. All the games are programmed entirely in
Pure
100% Java technolgoy-based (server side and client side)
and can be installed if JDK (Java Development Kit) 1.02
or higher is also installed on the server. All games are
checked for compatibility with the "three series" of the
common browsers MS Internet Explorer and Netscape
Navigator. The games are also checked for compatibility
with AOL users.

- Sending pro-forma invoice / order confirmation
- We will send the software after receipt of funds or payment
authorization.

Pimpernel accepts the following methods of payment:
- Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex
- Wire transfer: payments by SWIFT (all banks support this kind
of fast and reliable payment method).
- Company checks
All prices are quoted excluding VAT (Value Added Tax).For countries
within the EU, we have to add 17.5% VAT unless the prospective buyer
provides a valid company VAT number. Countries outside the EU are
not charged VAT. All prices are subject to change.
