Pimpernel Games are developed using Java technology and work with
all Java technology-enabled browsers. No additional software is

Bingo
An addictive multiplayer game. A number is announced
to the room. The players check all of their cards to see if that
number appears on their card. If so, they mark it. Once a player
has a BINGO, he or she calls out BINGO. The game pauses while the
card is verified. If there is indeed a winner, the game end and
a new game begins.
Black Jack
A client/server Java technology-powered game that uses all
the
usual Las Vegas rules. A fast and reliable game that attracts lots
of visitors to your website. All graphics can be adapted to give
it the look you want.
Bubbledrop
An Arcade game which can be played as a one or two player game on
a single computer. The goal of the game is to keep the playfield
clear of bubbles. Combine at least 4 bubbles and they will be removed
from the playfield. Unfortunately, your bubbles will be blocked
with penalty bubbles...
BubbleMania
A multiplayer game which can be played with up to 9 different players.
The goal is to shoot the bubbles before they cross the line. But
beware, your opponents will put spells on you, causing serious trouble...
Checkers, English
Checkers is a board game played between two players,
who alternate moves. The player who cannot move, because he has
no pieces, or because all of his pieces are blocked, loses the game.
Players can resign or agree to draws.
Checkers, International
This Checkers game is most common in Europe. Unlike English
Checkers, it is played on a grid of 100 tiles (10x10) and the rules
are slightly different. The layout and the graphic interface of
the game are similar to the English version.
Chess
The ultimate goal in the game of Chess is to win by
trapping your opponent's king (Checkmate). White always moves first
and players take alternative turns moving one piece at a time. Movement
is required.
Crosswords
This traditional crossword puzzle is very maintenance friendly
for webmasters. Enter the data for a week, month or year, and you
will not have to be bothered with updating the puzzle data, picking
a new winner, etc. Tell the server how you want to run your crossword
(daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and it will run fully automated. The
winner is picked automatically, after which all contestants are sent
an e-mail (winner mail, incorrect entry, loser mail). The webmaster
can be sent a notification with the winners of the week/month/year
with personal information in order to distribute prizes, if any. The
game is sold without the puzzle data.
Darts
Darts is the famous multiplayer game found in bars and English pubs.
Pimpernel.com has now included this game in its line of board games.
But watch out, because the competitive element means that this is
a highly addictive game, where users immediately want a rematch
after losing, resulting in long average session times.
Diceridoo
Based on the ancient game Yahtzee. This game has a very realistic
look: the dice really roll and the tension builds up because the
dice stop one at a time. It's highly addictive! As with the original
game, the player can choose to play 1, 2 or 3 rows simultaneously.
High scores are saved on the server.
Forinnarow
Connect-4 is the most common name of this game. This game is
NOT a client/server game, so you don't need to run Java technology
on the webserver. It is very easy to play, though the difficulty
increases with every level.
Kinematix
This game is based on the classic game "Arcanoid", but
with new options like Fireball, Magnetic paddle and Splitting ball.
The goal of the game it to get all the bricks off the playing field.
Mahjongg
A highly addictive game. This is one of the most popular
games on the Pimpernel Games demo site, attracting many recurring
visitors. This traditional ancient Chinese game is sold with the
regular set of blocks, though the blocks can be changed. The Top
100 scores are saved on the webserver.
Morphy Mouse
Find the keys to open the gates to "Cheese Heaven". But beware,
the cats are after you!
P2000 Slotmachine
A very attractive and realistic slotmachine. The top scores
are saved on the webserver. The game consists of different games:
points won in the initial game can be transferred to the high-stake
game.
Reversi
The goal of the game is try to outnumber your opponent's
colored stones. It's a challenging game that is exciting until the
very end. You won't be sure of victory until the very last stone
is in place...
Shuffle
This game takes an image and splits it up into 16 pieces.
It then randomly scrambles the pieces, leaving one piece out, so
that you can slide the other pieces around and put them back into
the correct spots. You can rescramble the image by clicking on the
"new" button.
Supertris
Based on the familiar game of Tetris, this is still the most
popular game. The more points you score, the faster the blocks drop.
As with most of the games, there is a server connection for saving
the scores.
Sokoban
Move the blocks to the positions indicated. Once a block is
positioned in a corner, the block can no longer be moved. A mind-boggling
game, depending on the number of moves and the total score time.
Safebreaker
This game is based on the principle of Mastermind. The player
enters a five-digit code into the numeric keypad, after which the
number is verified against the right number. There are 3 possible
outcomes for each digit: 1: wrong digit, 2: right digit / wrong
position, 3: right digit / right place.
Solitaire
One of the most famous games on the net. The object of the game
is to fill the four spaces along the bottom right. If these spaces
are empty at the start of the game, you may only put aces there.
After you've put an ace down, you can move two of the same suit
onto that ace. Once all the cards are in these spaces, the game
is over.
Spot'm All
An attractive game which can be used with pictures of all kinds
of ball sports. The ball is deleted graphically from the picture.
The player has to guess the ball's position. The player is awarded
points based on how far the position guessed is from the real spot.
This game is sold without pictures.
Space Battle
A game for 2 players. Both players place their spaceships. The
other player then has to guess the position of the other player's
ships. The one who guesses all the ships first is the winner. A
chat option for an unlimited number of users has been integrated
into the game.
Twinning
This game is based on the popular Memory game. It is very easy to
change a set of pictures. Multiple sets of pictures can be used.
For example, you could use a set of soccer pictures, a set of tennis
pictures, or a set of basketball pictures on a sports site. We have
many sets of pictures you can buy "off-the-shelf" and new sets of
pictures can be made for a competitive price. The scores are saved
in a file on the webserver and can be cleaned or updated easily.
WordPainter
The object of this game is to guess a 5-letter word as quickly as
possible. The correct word is rewarded with a certain number of
points, depending on the number of attempts. A complete match consists
of 10 words. The current version uses English words.
WordScrambler
The object of the game is to guess a word as quickly as possible.
The correct word is rewarded with a certain number of points, depending
on the time it takes to find the word. A complete match consists
of 5 words. English and Dutch versions available.
Magic Pyramids
One of the most popular card games on the Internet. The goal is
to score as many points as possible by removing sequences of cards.
After clearing a level, you move to the next level where the rewards
are higher, but the time shorter.
